Banana is one of the known fertility foods that balance the sex hormones and pregnancy, progesterone and estrogen. These hormones are needed for the production of a healthy egg. Banana is a rich source of vitamin B6, which facilitates the hormones needed for pregnancy.
First, we want you to know that there is no such thing as a food that cures infertility, but then, it’s important to maintain a natural and healthy diet especially to take food that helps improve your fertility health.

3 ounces frozen banana (1 small banana)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup cow’s milk
1/3 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup fresh strawberries (garnish)
To a blender add frozen fruit, milk and yogurt. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined. Smoothie will be thick! If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 2 to 3 more tablespoons of milk.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with sliced strawberries (optional to add a few blueberries and banana slices, too). Enjoy!
